This is a new style for Queenstown with 4 level terraced housing in the heart of Queenstown's newest precinct at Frankton, Queenstown Central. This is a great location, only 25 minutes walk from the airport and right in the heart of restaurants and shopping. Despite being in the heart of things, this is super quiet.
Views are to mountains in both directions. Situated between Coronet Peak and Remarkables this is a perfect location for weekend ski trips. Fibre internet means ideal fast communication – perfect as a base for business or leisure.
Studio
Ideal for couples in a super-king size bed or this can be split to be two singles. For warm days and evenings, there is a small terrace to enjoy. The studio has a kitchenette with hob, microwave, toaster and kettle and an ensuite bathroom. Free street parking is available on Hall street - 12 hours overnight and 4 hours during the day. All accommodation is fully made up and is commercially cleaned. Please note a cleaning fee will be added to each stay.
Superking ensuite room
Your bedroom will be on the top floor of our 4 storey home, sharing the house with the family - Toni, Lucy, Sam and sometimes John. You are welcome to use all the communal areas during your stay. Let us know when you book if you'd like the bed split into 2 single beds. Free street parking is available on Hall street - 12 hours overnight and 4 hours during the day. Please note a cleaning fee will be added to each stay.
Terraced House
Ideal for foodie families with plenty of food options available locally, entertain well in a food lovers kitchen and relax city style. There is a sunny terrace to relax on and communal gardens to sit in. The house consists of 4 levels with off-street garage and parking on the ground floor, lounge, dining and kitchen on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom and laundry on the second floor, and 2 ensuite bedrooms on the 3rd floor. For the musicians there is a Roland electric piano to enjoy. Please be aware of the maximum occupancy of 5 people and note that a cleaning fee will be added to each stay.
