MEAT & FISH
We source lamb from Ranfurly, where the sheep are regeneratively farmed, feeding on grasses and herbs. The organic chicken was raised free-range on an apple orchard in Hawke’s Bay, and our bacon and sausages all come from pigs raised happily outside in South Canterbury.
Wild deer are sourced mostly from remote Fiordland mountains, where they live in the cleanest mountain air. The hunters help to control the population of this introduced species while offering meat with exceptional nutritional value.
Our sustainable salmon has spent its life in the waters of Akaroa Harbour, raised in balance with the environment.
