Latest Updates on Road Access to Kinloch Wilderness Retreat
Unfortunately on the 9th of November part of the Kinloch Road was washed away by the Dart River.
Queenstown Lakes District Council and their contractors have made good progress to construct a temporary access, bypassing the washout on Kinloch Road. Construction is still underway, but it is now safe enough to open to the public.
You may be subject to stop/go control if contractors require access to the road.
There is full road access available to Kinloch and onwards to the Greenstone/Caples.
