We’re coming out of a quiet winter and the owners are ready to step back from day-to-day running — starting with a General Manager to lead the whole operation, and a full team around them.

Three Ways to Work for Us
However you join us, you become part of a small team in a remote place. Pick the one where you are in life, and tell us in your application. If you are open to more than one you can say so.
Full-time — ongoing role
A year-round role with full-time hours for someone who wants to put down roots and grow with us, with the option of extended leave over the quieter winter months. On-site accommodation is available. This is the path for people who want Kinloch to be more than a season.
Seasonal — paid summer season
A full summer season with us, starting between early September and late October and running through to the end of April, or a little longer by arrangement. These are paid roles for people who want a proper run in one place and a real part in our busiest, most guest-facing time of year. Staff accommodation is available, and the details are set out in the application.
Casual — accommodation exchange
The easiest way in, and great when getting some experience under your belt is the main goal. You give around 17.5 hours a week in exchange for your accommodation, with all bills included. When we are busy there are usually extra paid hours on top if you want them. Ideal if you are travelling, want a base in the mountains, or are looking to blend work with time on the trails and the lake.

We hire year-round for casual and seasonal roles. Summer is busy and guest-facing. Winter is quieter, more varied, and a great time to become part of the core team.
